I have been searching for this solution for quite a while with no success. I found some softwares that delivers TAGs capability for any kind of files but I haven't found one that fulfil all my needs and expectations. Fortunately I reached Gizmo's website and from there I reached this webpage. I had followed the explanation and download File Meta. Everything works fantastic and TAGs running smoothly.
I will try to broadcast as much as possible this tutorial and the File Meta software because I'm sure that many people is facing the same Windows 10 limitation.
